Returns & Exchanges

At Soylent, we want you to be completely satisfied with your nutrition; if you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for most unopened products. Please note that due to the nature of our consumable goods, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles or powders.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Success team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the necessary shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your unopened items and include the RMA number inside the box before shipping it back to our fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After we receive and inspect your returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
